My name is Jack Byrnes and I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner (EFT). I am based in the Nirvana Counselling and Hypnotherapy centre in O’Briens Bridge.
I completed my training in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the National Counselling Institute of Ireland based in Mungret College. I qualified in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with the Institute of clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have obtained my Diploma and Advanced Diploma in both these therapies.
I have also qualified as an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner level 1 and level 2 under the guidance of Mrs Bernadette Murphy of the Wexford Hypnotherapy Centre. I combine all three of these techniques in my practice and found that it has enhanced the lives of many of my clients. My practice is located on the banks of the river Shannon, in the picturesque village of O’Briens Bridge.
