She has spent the past 16 years working, meditating and training in the fields of meditation, healing, clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and nutrition. Her training and work has led her from Ireland to the USA, mainland Europe, north Africa and back to Ireland where she now lives with her young family in Skerries, Co. Dublin.
